Claims Information

Last Updated: February 2026

Eventure Insurance is a licensed brokerage — we are not an insurance carrier. The following information explains how the claims process works for policies placed through our platform.

Claims Are Handled by the Issuing Insurance Carrier

All claims under insurance policies placed through Eventure Insurance are handled directly by the issuing insurance carrier. Eventure does not adjudicate, approve, deny, or pay claims. The insurance carrier is solely responsible for claims investigation, determination of coverage, and any payments made under the policy. The terms, conditions, and exclusions of your specific policy govern all claims decisions.

How to Initiate a Claim

If you need to file a claim, follow these steps:

  1. Review your policy documents. Your policy includes specific instructions for reporting a claim, including the carrier's claims department contact information and any time limits for reporting.
  2. Contact the issuing carrier directly. Claims should be reported to the insurance carrier's claims department as soon as possible after the incident. Prompt reporting helps ensure timely processing.
  3. Provide your policy number and reference ID. When contacting the carrier, have your policy number and Eventure reference ID available. This helps the carrier locate your account quickly.
  4. Document the incident. Gather and preserve any relevant documentation, including photographs, witness statements, police reports, medical records, and receipts for incurred expenses.
  5. Cooperate with the investigation. The carrier may request additional information or documentation during the claims process. Prompt cooperation helps expedite resolution.

Your Eventure Reference ID

When you receive coverage through Eventure Insurance, you are assigned a unique reference ID. This reference ID is included in your confirmation communications, certificate of insurance, and account records. Please keep this ID readily available, as it can help expedite communication with both Eventure and your insurance carrier. Your reference ID is not the same as your policy number — the policy number is assigned by the issuing carrier and is listed on your policy documents.

Eventure's Role in the Claims Process

While Eventure does not handle claims directly, we are here to help. Our team can assist you with locating your policy information and carrier contact details, answering general questions about the claims process, and facilitating communication with the carrier if needed. Please note that Eventure cannot make promises or representations regarding the outcome of any claim. All claims decisions are made by the issuing carrier in accordance with the policy terms.

Time-Sensitive Reporting

Most insurance policies require that claims be reported promptly — often within a specific number of days after the incident. Failure to report a claim within the required timeframe may affect your ability to receive benefits under the policy. Review your policy documents for specific reporting requirements and deadlines.
